I believe I have reset my new modem. But I must say it is not easy peasy like the wonderful A*&T customer service tech said. I still must change my wireless printer to the new modem and I will work on that later. But at least I was able to figure out how to redo the modem without any "help" from customer service.
Please let this be my last bit of internet woes for this year. I think I have had my fill....oh please Computer Gods give me a break...will be back later to check on everyone! Boy have we missed ALL of you!
