GOTCHA

Mom forgot all about my GOTCHA day, which was June 12th!. I was GOTCHA'ed on June 12, 2005.
Does that mean she doesn't think I am important?
No, I don't think so.
I know my Mom loves me.
She calls me her "heart kitty".
I call her my "heart Mom".
I love her and she loves me and even though I am a bit of a diva, she still loves me through and through.

Do you believe in love at first sight?
Well Mom does.
Because the moment she laid eyes on me, she says she can still see that image as crystal clear in her mind, she knew.
She knew kitties.
I didn't, I have to admit.
I was scared stiff.

I had been taken that very day of June 12th from the arms of my sweet 7 year old and I wanted to go home.
Instead I ended up going home with a new strange woman (my Mom).
I was mad.
She knew she had to separate me from the three amigos(Boo, Ping and Jinx).
When she put me in the bathroom I was spitting mad.
She tried to console me, but I told her to "BACK OFF WOMAN" oh and by the way "TAKE ME HOME"!
She went away in tears.

The next day I was better.
I let her touch me.
And I bit her.
Then I let her touch me some more.
Then I bit her again.

We did that for awhile.
Like 8 weeks.

Finally I bit less and she touched me more and I purred.
When she introduced me to the 3 amigos, I hissed and attacked them.

Back into the bedroom I went. I was happy there.
It took 6 months before she was able to let me be with the 3 amigos.
But finally I relented. I still don't like them and now it's 4 amigos.
*sigh*
Did I tell you I want to be an only cat?
Well I do.
Does anyone want 4 brothers and sisters?
I will pay to have them shipped to you.

Well Mom I forgive you for forgetting my GOTCHA day.
But if you do it again, I promise I'll do more than put a bitey on you!
