Yesterday I showed you this collage with just the first two
images side by side, now I added the third one which
I took today.
You can see how much higher that Black Creek is.
It has reached the 100 year benchmark.
I doubt too many people in this county remember when the Creek
was at it's highest.
So many people got flooded out of their homes along the Creek.
Sad to see.
We've also had major roads and bridges collaspe all over the
neighboring counties. There are people unable to get out
because two main line "sinkholes" opened up cutting off
an exit for about 400 families last night.
Debby was simply a Tropical Depression and she has caused
millions, if not billions, in damage across the State. She impacted the panhandle
and also the mid section of Florida as well as going all the
way across the state from the Gulf of Mexico into the Atlantic.
She is about 200 miles east of us now and is expected to
intensify again. I think she has been projected to head out into the Atlantic without
impacting anyone else in the US.

In other dire news our hearts and prayers go out to the tragedy unfolding
in the Western part of the US in Colorado.
If only they could have had our rain to put out those massive fires.
