ReplyDeleteRe. your comment on my Musings blog...Well, we are in the same boat, you and I, with only fur kids. A lot of people are. I try not to think about aging and poverty and illness and death, but really, it seems that's all there is (for me) to "look forward" to. I think people are very, very lucky if they are able to be grounded in the Present Moment--or perhaps just don't have a deep sense of self-awareness. Seems to make life easier to be shallow and outward-looking only, not inward-looking. :-/
Anyway, none of that for you today, you are celebrating today!
Happy 4th to you too, and the 5th as well if it is a "day off". I like the stars, and of course you too.
