Good job living the quote, Ping; you are a smart boy to embrace your peaceful nature in the moment, before chasing your siblings or a mouse!...kisses x3 handsome boy...Calle, Halle, Sukki
Debra, THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR COMMENT this morning. I think it is going to help me with this. I so appreciate your following but even more appreciate you writing today. The information about the carb thing will really help. I'm at a loss right now as what to eat. I think perhaps I should contact a nutritionist or someone in the Diabetes group to help me out with this in the beginning. I am so proud of YOU for losing so much weight! That is wonderful and hopefully I can too. I am about 50-60 lbs overweight, which probably added to my problem, if not started it. I started gaining weight after I retired - some from depression of nothing to do with myself and evening snacks! So much for them now!! I think you and Marcia (Ms Grasea) have helped me to start getting on tract. If you can think of anything else please leave a comment. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!...debbie
Ping, thanks for setting such a good example for my Mommy. You are the picture of serenity.
