Feral Fun on Friday
Gracie says she knows what it's like to live life as a feral, and she much prefers the life of a domestic goddess indoor kitty.
Please remember our Mr.Kitty in your purrs, he is feral, and young, and scared, and we worry about him. Daddy built him a nice house and we feed him twice a day. He mews when he sees my Daddy, but he is still hard to catch. Please purr for all those who are without a indoor home, we will.

Lovely Gracie, we are truly glad you have a loving forever home with your mom and dad.
ReplyDeleteLots of purrs for Mr Kitty and all feral cats. Life is hard out there. Purrs for mom and dad for helping them.
Oh Momma says that is so hard to want to protect a feral but they don't want protecting. She is glad that I was so tiny I did not know that I could not run through a wall and cornered myself and she caught me. I feel much more safe here. Mostly.
ReplyDeleteGemini
Thanks for reminding us about the feral kitties. We hope Mr Kitty will get more and more accustomed to people as time goes on. Your Dad is very good to be so kind to him.
ReplyDeleteMy mom think in the same way as Cheysuli's mom. but she still have a great hope to help all feral cats get a new home. Like yesterday, she just asked the chicken shop's owner to posted the Shelter's leaflet , asked all her friends to posted it in supermarket around their areas.
ReplyDeleteGracie, you are the lucky one same as me to find a forever home, and I hope all feral cats will be lucky same as us so soon : )
We think you are doing the best you can for Mr. Kitty. He might, in time, come around, but if he doesn't, at least he has caring humans who provide food and shelter. If you can trap him, though, and neuter him, that would be pawsome. Tricky to do, though!
ReplyDeleteGracie....you are a very wise feline...you know where the grass is greener...indoors.
ReplyDeleteWe'll keep Mr. Kitty in our thoughts.
Madi and Mom
Sweet Gracie, we will. We promise..and we are grateful on Mr. Kitty's behalf for you and your family that care for him.
ReplyDeleteAwwwwwe...dat was a sweet post.
ReplyDeleteWe always gets a little weepy when we thinks bouts ALL da poor animals without a home or shelter.
I so glad your pawrents are trying to help Mr. Kitty.

Gracie we will purr our loudest for Mr. Kitty - if you persevere he might relax with you.
ReplyDeleteThat was such a wonderful thought Gracie, we purr for them every day too. We've been there...ran from tee shirt!
ReplyDeletePurring Mr Kitty... :), and it is so great that your mum and dad is helping him...
ReplyDeleteGracie, you look lovely!!!
ReplyDeletePurrs for all the ferals!
Gracie, how kind of you to ask for us to think of Mr. Kitty. We will purr for all the poor homeless kitties today; we feed one at our house, too.
ReplyDeleteSylvester says "Hello", he's been spiffing up his fur and slimming down to look his best...hint, hint!
Maybe Mr Kitty will come around. It was good of your daddy to build him shelter and for you to feed him.
ReplyDeleteWe do the same for Zolie. She moved into the garage last winter, moms been feeding her for almost 3 years now. Mom longs to pet her, but can't get near her. So we watch out for her, do what we can.
Oh beautiful Gracie!! You are truly wonderful domestic goddess indoor kitty!!! You are just lovely!!
ReplyDeleteOh me and Charlie hope Mr Kitty will find the confidence to trust your mum and dad!!! We are purring for him to be brave and to not be scared and to stay with you! Take care
x
We will purr for Mr. Kitty and all the other ferals. We hope he gets braver and lets your mum and dad get closer.
ReplyDeleteMy Grandma isn't moving in with us but she will be 10 minutes away instead of 8 hours! Have a great weekend!!!
ReplyDeleteI'm purrin', you bet I am! I've never lived without shelter or food or love. And I don't think anykitty should, either. I'm so thankful for people like your mum and Daddy that care for the Lost Boys and Girls. I'll be purrin' that Mr. Kitty learns to trust, too. Gracie, I'm so glad you were found!
ReplyDeletethis photo is simply stunning!
ReplyDeleteYes we most certainly WILL pray for all of the kitties without their "furever" home!
Love, Caren and Cody
Gracie, I agree with you...inside life is soooooo much better than outside life!!
ReplyDeleteI was a lot like Mr. Kitty before I became an inside cat, so I'm purring for Mr. Kitty and hoping he realizes soon that there are humans out there who want to help him.
Zoey
Gracie,we are glad you are safe and loved too :)
ReplyDeleteWe will purr for all the homeless kitties too.
Purrs Mickey,Georgia & Tillie
Thanks for the Purrthday wishes. It is taking me forever to get around and thank everyone for stopping by.
ReplyDeleteI'm the same Gracie! I love being a house cat! Even though I have tried to go off on adventures, I always chicken out and come home for tucker.
ReplyDeleteNigel is sending extra special purrs since he remember it took months for mom and dad to be able to trap him and a few months of anti-anxiety meds to uncover that he wasn't always feral...just a loved pet that was abandoned.
ReplyDeleteAww, I'm so glay that your people are taking good care of Mr. Kitty. I hope he will stop being afraid soon!
