Hip, HIP! That is great news for everyone concerned and is the right way to love and honor and care for these community cats. I applaud the council :D
(that was my mom, JennyD, typing, because I don't understand all those big words like "sterolize". She says to not worry about it, that it's all a good thing that was done)
