ReplyDeleteYes, life goes on...I think of that quote often. It goes on even when you feel it shouldn't.
How "dad's" surgery recovery coming along? Sorry, still on holiday (my dad leaves tomorrow) and out of the loop.

That is a good quote. Sometimes Mom grumbles about the effects of age on her (wrinkles etc) but then she says "at least I am here to have them!". Life is not always easy but having lost a mother and sister when they were younger than she is now makes her grateful to be around and have life go on.
