We just saw that all of our pictures had bad html which indicates that Picasa is again having problems uploading to Blogger. So none of our pictures loaded and we didn't know until we got online to check email this morning. BAD PICASA!!!! The only workaround for that is to directly load pictures from Blogger itself which for us is a very time consuming process, but one in which we will do because it is the only way to put up pictures. If this is the same problem we saw before then we know that the team over at Picasa will have to resolve the issue again. Last time it took about two weeks it seems. We hope it won't take as long this time... Ping says "boo Hiss"!

Bad Blogger And Picasa
We just saw that all of our pictures had bad html which indicates that Picasa is again having problems uploading to Blogger. So none of our pictures loaded and we didn't know until we got online to check email this morning. BAD PICASA!!!! The only workaround for that is to directly load pictures from Blogger itself which for us is a very time consuming process, but one in which we will do because it is the only way to put up pictures. If this is the same problem we saw before then we know that the team over at Picasa will have to resolve the issue again. Last time it took about two weeks it seems. Ooops are they playing up for you again - we must have been lucky then today although mum tries to put pictures strainght from our "pictures" gallery without going into picasa. Hope this gets resolved quickly for you.

so sorry you are having trouble with your photos. I load mine directly to Blogger. Lately they have been loading slower though. I don't use Picasa.
ReplyDeleteSorry for your problems. We do load our pictures directly from the computer after exporting them out of iPhoto in a lower resolution form (maximum dimension of 1000 px). That way the photo is only about 100 KB and loads pretty quickly.
ReplyDeleteAw man, what a cruddy thing to wake up to. I hear that Google is completely overhauling and rebranding their blogger platform - maybe they will make things work better? Probably not, but it's worth hoping for!
