Judi from SASS is facing a very difficult journey.
She was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer and has just found out that the mass is attached to a major artery and cannot be operated on. She has opted to go into hospice with palliative care.
Please keep our friend Judi in your hearts.
Updates can be found on Aunt Deb's blog here.

Also we would like to mention that a sweet kitty, named Petie went over the Rainbow Bridge yesterday. If you belong to Twitter we know you know @Petiethecat.
He was a very special boy and so brave.
His Mom and Dad are very sad to lose him
and so is the twitterverse.
So when you look up in the night's sky you will see a new twinkling star,
and that will be Petie.
Miss you little buddy.

That's a lovely shot for Judi, absolutely perfect.
ReplyDeleteI think she's made the best choice for herself at this time, though it makes me feel so sad and sick. I'm sending her prayers and universal Light, asking the Universe for Mercy, that whatever time she has here will be gentle, will be pain-free, will be filled with a sense of peace, will be filled with grace.

We visited and left some purrs, too. Teri is blinking back tears knowing how sad she would be if she knew she was leaving us...but she would try and spend every minute surrounded by those who love her, including us of course...
ReplyDeleteMy heart is way too full of sad right now.
