Read the daily musings of our beloved Angel Abby who passed over to the Rainbow Bridge August 12,, 2013. Our sister Gracie recently passed OTRB 2/11/14. Join our two Tabby Brothers, Ping and Jinx, and their Tuxedo sister Boo along the journey as they all adapt to new life with Manx Calico Annabelle who joined our family December 2013.
We get leaky eyes knowing how much you miss Abby. Losing your heart cat is so tough. Time will soften the edges of that pain like rocks in a river, but we know it's hard to hang in there until it does. Sending you lots of love, hugs, and purrs.
We hope there is some comfort in having the photographs that you do of about that time. Our butterflies are intensely beautiful, but only live a very short time before they fly up to heaven. Abby's earthly life was shorter than you could bear, but her heavenly life will go on forever and you WILL meet her again, as the Rainbow Bridge poem describes.
Losing our sweet furry four legged friends is so hard. A little piece of our heart goes with them and it just never heals. But your little sweetie looks like she was very well loved. So sorry for your loss. Hugs, xo Catherine
Awwwww angel Abby!!! Please flutter around mum and give her plenty of stardust kisses and moonlit hugs! She misses you so much! We all miss you so much! :-(
So many of us know that desire, to have our fur companions with us again. I understand it's only our human egos--this idea of separation, because All Beings are connected and One IMO--but that's cold comfort when you are experiencing the grief and longing.
What beautiful pictures you have of Abby to enjoy and remember. Wish I could say or do something to ease your grief, but it will take time. All I can do is give big HUGS!
