I don't recall which TV program I watched
but it said that a cat's nose is like a
'finger print'.
So Annabelle's nose is unique only to her.

In the nineteenth century, there was a system of identifying humans by the uniqueness of their ears (I think it was called the Bertillon System), though it was superseded by fingerprinting, so I don't doubt that feline noses are unique, as well. And they are very cute, especially Annabelle's.
