Mr Jinx might look grumpy in this photo, but

he is the most mellow of cats.

He is even tempered and quite loving.

He nurtures all the cats.

AND he allows Annabelle to 'mother' him.

I swear she is a little momma cat.

She loves her Jinxy boy.

Last week, she was lying in wait to play with 

whomever the next cat that walked by her,

and as Mr Jinx came by, she

jumped out and literally bounced off.

He was so nonchalant about it.

I wish I had had a video of that.

It was so funny,

Today the calendar says it's the first day of summer.

Well it's been summer here in Florida for at least 

6-8 weeks. We went from having a few short weeks

of gorgeous mild non humid temperatures to heat and

humidity. We kitties don't mind but the humans sure do!

I wanted to let people not following FB to know that
I've had a very traumatic family event occur and my
time is being consumed by it.
Please know I am thinking of you all and
wish I could visit and that things would go
back to "normal", whatever that may mean.
Especially in regards to my future.
But I hope sometime soon that is
what happens.

wishing Mom would put down
