One Lucky Family

Daddy has been working with the Safe Animal Shelter for a few weeks now taking woofies and kitties back and forth to their Vet visits and helping down at the shelter. Yesterday after he dropped off one of his woofies at the Vet he had to go to PetsMart to get us some supplies. While he waited for the store to open this car pulled up to the front door and took out a PTU that had a Momma cat and two kittens. He dropped them off and drove away. He left a note on the PTU that said that we belonged to some former neighbors and he could not care for a growing family. My Daddy was beside himself. The peoples at PetsMart said that they were going to call Animal Care and Control…ooo we shudder at the thought of that. Gracie has told all of us about that place and it’s not a good place for a kitty to be. She won’t even talk about it and she was lucky because she didn’t ever have to actually go and stay inside the facility. Anyway the kitty karma Gods brought another guardian Angel to the scene. This kindly lady who worked with No More Homeless Pets in NE Florida had to stop at PetsMart this morning and she made a few calls and guess what? Lucky Cat said that they would take these poor homeless kitties in! Isn’t that great? Lucky Cat is the adoption group that Abby came from. We think there some definite kitty mojo working. Lucky Cat is a premier adoption group so the outlook for these kitties is fantastic! Daddy was a wreck but we think that efurryfing worked out just spectacularly!
