::::3 paw taps::::
Miss Boo here. I want to show you around my patio area. Here are some of my pretty double impatients. I like pink. Pink is definitely a girly color and I think it looks good on my sleek black furs.
Here is Mom's bougainvillaea. It hasn't bloomed yet this year, I wonder if it will have pink flowers? Oh I hope so. I love pink, did I tell you that already?
This is what I see everyday when I lay upon my platform you can see it behind me in that first picture of me, it has more impatients and some spider plants.
Mom has some peppers growing!
I have forgotten the names of these but aren't they are pretty purple color?
Mom tore off the name of this plant, but she really likes the dark purple stripe of the leaves. (DOES anyone know what this is?) Oh I do see my catnip in the upper right hand corner though!
That is some of the things I get to see every day in my garden.
I hope you enjoyed my little tour.

ReplyDeleteMiss Boo, I approves of all those nice plants. I especially like the big green leaves with the purply stripes that your Human doesn't know what it is. Sorries, I don't either!
ReplyDeleteMom says she thinks the top one with the purple and green leaves is a type of coleus, and the second one looks like an alpinia, but Mom can't find any pictures of it with purple in the leaves.
ReplyDeleteHappy gotcha day to Jinx, Boo and Ping. We hope you get lots of treats today.

Oh my, we just love your pink garden! It was so nice of your mom to plant all those pink flowers and plants just for you!
ReplyDeleteYour patio is lovely, Miss Boo! Is the purple one some sort of coleus? Looks like it to our mom, though she's pretty clueless when it comes to plants. *OUR* double impatiens have been over-watered and fried in the sun.
ReplyDeleteHappy Gotcha Day to you, Ping, and Jinx!
Miss Boo pink looks lovely with your furs and your flowers are just gorgeous. Mommy read somewhere that you should let your bougainvillea dry out when it isn't blooming, and for some reason this causes it to bloom and when it is blooming you needs to keep it watered. Ours hasn't stopped blooming so we don't know for sure. Oh and they said it blooms on new growth so you needs to trim it up in the winter. http://www.texasgardener.com/pastissues/julaug04/hungry.html
