Thank you to Ann from Zoolarty for this wonderful Graphic for our Gracie.
I picked up Gracie this morning from the ER and took her over to our normal Vet. The ER Vet yesterday is one of the Vets in our practice, so we saw the small Vet today. There isn't too much more known and we won't until tests results are back. They pulled 260mL of fluids out of her yesterday and that in and of itself made her more comfortable. Today, Gracie is staying at the Vet's until this afternoon. She is getting an IV and will go home with Prednisolone and Clamavox. I am going to be in a bind giving her the pills because of the surgery on her Dad. Somehow it'll work out.

Dad is doing better with the Catheter now removed. Starts his therapy today. I wonder what other great things will happen? I hope the world stops sending me what it thinks I can handle. I've had enough already.
Poor Gracie, she breaks my heart there. Continued purrs and purrayers to her and to you all. Good luck to your hubby re: he therapy.

Thoughts and prayers are with you, hubby, and Gracie. Enough is enough! I hope whatever is going on with Gracie, it's treatable. As we discussed, have your hubby hold her down with his one good arm and they you can use both hands to pill her. Hopefully that will work. We'll hope she'll just eat the pill pocket and problem will be solved. One day at a time.
ReplyDeleteWe sure are sending tons of purrs and prayers to dear Gracie.
