Caturday Art

Annabelle is joining the lovely Athena
for this week's
See you there!

UPDATE:

Just wanted to give everyone an update
on the situation with both Maizey and Millie.
Yes, Millie too.
On Thursday I found Millie presenting
the same issues that Maize had.
It appears not as severe.
But now, both girls seem to be headed in a
positive direction.
Both are eating and most importantly
able to eat. Earlier in the week Maize
was just not able TO eat, she wanted to
but couldn't it was just too painful.

***
The only thing I wonder is what
caused this and will it happen again?

***
Annabelle is doing fine now.
She's back to her lovable self.
Happy and eating like normal!

  3. It's really horrible when it seems like everyone is sick. I'm so glad they are all feeling better, especially Maizey and Millie!

  4. Oh me I'm so sorry...I hope and pray this was the one and only time. I recall our last 18 months with angel Madi. It was up and down with care and management. We were so thrilled we had that last year 1 1/2 wit her. She taught us about aging with grace. The things I never ever thought she would tolerate since she did not like to be held ..bless her itty bitty kitty heart she accepted with grace and appreciation. SUBq fluids 2 x a day and way too many pills.
But our diva was a trooper. At our age 73 (me) 78 (Bryan) we decided she was our furry. Now we look after each other.

  8. Good news all around. Did you give anything to Mazie for her throat? If Millie suffered the same thing, it must have been some illness. I can't recall how many times my cats felt too poorly to eat, yet they've come around and I am left with no idea why they were turning down their food. But you got your little charges through this.

  9. You're looking beautiful, Annabelle. I'm glad you are better now. And I didn't know Mazie and Millie were having issues. Glad to hear they are improving and it was just a one time thing.
