A few weeks ago the Katnip Lounge kitties asked about
"the notch" on Abby's right ear.
Well it's a war wound.
I didn't even realize it until I put two and two together.
One morning a while back I found a droplet or two of bright red blood.
But no trail leading anywhere.
I couldn't fathom what it was.
Until I noticed that suddenly Abby had a special divot
in her ear and then the blood drops made sense.
Abby is a fiesty little girl.
She pushes the envelope with her brothers, but especially
with her sisters, certainly with Boo.
I surmised that Boo landed one
and Abby got the worst of it that day.
But we say, it just gives her a bit more character.
