Troubled Thursday

Abby:
Ping is in hot water again. Momma came home and Ping decided he wanted to jump up on her Grandmother's antique secretary with all her little treasures in it that are locked behind glass so we can't get to. It's a two piece secretary, so when she saw him get up there she grabbed the dreaded spritzer and Ping knew he was in deep doodoo. He immediately jumped down, only to make the secretary sway back and forth and Momma's little trinkets and treasures all shifted inside and some fell down. She was FURRY upset with Ping. She put Ping in a 'time out'. I don't think she realizes that when she puts him out on the screened in back porch he thinks it's great and NO punishment at all. Then she found someone had barfed on the carpet in the den with the secretary. UH oh....I didn't want to tell her it was Gracie, so I just kept quiet...Daddy had to rescue Ping from the dreaded 'time out'. He went right to Momma and tried to make up. He crawled up into her lap and as I watched he sat in MY MOMMA'S LAP! The nerve of that boy. Right in front of me too. He sat there for a long long time and Daddy was astonished because he never sits in Daddy's lap. Ping was lovin all over Momma because he didn't want to be in the unforgiveable 'dog house'.

Who could stay upset with a sweet face like this?

Abby: I have to tell you about a game, my Daddykitty and I play. Every evening when I am sitting and purring on top of Momma, he comes in to give me a pat on the head and he asks me if I want to play "Pawzie". I lay there and rev my motor up real loud and Momma can tell when I am really ready to play. Daddykitty continues to pet my head and then all of a sudden I will reach my whole front paw around to try and grab his finger. We duel for a little while until I feel I need to get the upper paw and I try to grab his finger with both paws and put the bitey on him. That's when he ends the game. I WIN! Naturally because I'm a cat and cats always win!

NOMSS

We had a woofie come over to our house last night. Mr.Jinx was furry upset. I have never seen Mr. Jinx get upset before. HE arched his back and his tail GOT REALLY BIG! This woofie didn't care she was so happy. But we all stayed back and didn't go near her. She is our cousin, Annie but we were afraid. But this is our friend from another species!

Hey efurryone it's our TWO year anniversary! WE can't believe that's it's been a whole not one but TWO years. WOW!!!! We are so excited. We've come to know and love efurryone we have met and we want to thank efurryone for making this into such a wonderful time for us. It's been great to see the way our community has evolved over our two years and we are so touched to be involved with so many GREAT cats (and beans) who do such good things. Thank you for touching our lives and sharing with us!

Tuxie Tooday

Abby: I hadda rough start this morning. I threw up, not once but twice and then Momma tried to get me to lap up some gravy and I wouldn't. She knows I LOVE gravy. She got a little worried and opened up a can of my favorite salmon and I decided I could try and get some of that down. In fact it tasted pretty good. She was happy and it made my tummie happy too. But I then I had to take care of "some business" and when Momma saw me running through the house like my butt was on fire, she knew I was OK. She even saw me play spider with piece of fluff on the floor. I like to play spider. I only have 4 legs but that's OK. I guess I worried too much about my Momma last night. Momma came back from the people Vet and they told her something that made her furry upset. She says she has die-ahh-beet-tees number 2. I purred all over her last night and tried to make her feel better. I hope that I succeeded because I don't like to know that my Momma is upset. That's OK Momma I will go on a diet with you. Daddy keeps saying I am wide load. I fink I will put the bitey on him next time he says that.

Mancat Monday

Ping: A mancat has to guard his castle. Don't worry Mom when you see me with my tail held high like a meercat I'm just on patrol keeping everybody safe from all the aliens that try to get in our house. I'll protect everyone.
