*** Update: Daddy has a full thickness torn rotator cuff. He is seeking a second opinion because the doctor wants to do surgery. So please send purrs Daddy does NOT want any surjuree! FANK YOU!!!
Oh we will purr hard. That sounds painful too. Acupuncture may help if there is anyway that this could heal on it's own--acupuncture may help it heal faster. Also, bones heal at the frequencies that cats purr so I think that having everyone get really really close to the shoulder and purring as loudly as possible should help. Ping I shall come there and purr with you.
Rotator cuff injuries are not fun! I hope it can be healed without surgery, but your human must do whatever needs to be done to fix it! In the meantime, maybe you can function as a purr pad to help it feel better.
I has always been told dat a torn rotator cuff will ALWAYS lead to surgery. But we send him our healin' vibes and thoughts and hope he's gonna be okays.
