Abby: oooo that mysterious door is opening.....
Abby: I can't wait to get into this room!

And neither can Jinx or Gracie.

There is always a mad dash to come into the Master Bedroom. We normally keep everyone out because someone (whose name starts with a "P") liked to spray the bed skirt. Boo has always had unlimited access to this room and she will ask to be let in before we leave for work each morning. Boo is so sensitive, and we have found that the other cats will pick on her if we don't let her in the bedroom. She also has her own 'private' litterbox in there and many times she wants to use that box and she will ask to be let in so she can go in and just use the box and come right back out. Abby knows that she is allowed in after dinner. I always sit with her in my lap in the over sized chair and Boo sits on the back of the chair looking out and when she is ready she slips down and lays right beside me. Unfortunately, Abby isn't always accomodating and she will whap whap whap at Boo to get her to move. So, they have trained me to distract them with treats and finally I can get them both to lay still for awhile until it all starts again.

We are all purrin for those that have been affected by the fires in Volusia and Brevard counties. Over 15 miles has been destroyed, 100 of homes with many destroyed. Most of these families were given little time to evacuate and we worry about the loss of human and non human life. One lady we saw on the news said she was not home when the evacuation order was given and her cats were at home. I can't tell you how devasting it would be to have such news given to me. We have a small fire in our county and the danger of fires around the state is at an all time high. They suspect that the fires in Mid-Florida have been set by arson, and have one person in custody. So pleeesssseee send a purrayer to all of those who have been affected and we hope that all of our furfriends down state are safe from harms way.

1. What was I doing 10 years ago? I was but a glimmer in my Momma's eye then.

5. Three of my bad habits: Oh goodie, only three! hehe... (1) whapping my sisfur Boo, (2) pooin outside of da box, (3) fussin at all of my brofurs and sisfurs

6. Five places I have lived: Well, I've got only three -- (1) my first home was with my true birth Mother, who my now Momma doesn't know anything about, (2)I live in my second home for three years I did not like the man and he did not like me -- he is the reason I was given away (3) MY FOREVER home with Momma!

7. Five jobs I have had: (1) Home manager, (2) Little round poopie girl, (3) THE ABBADABBA,(4) Guard kitty,(5) Sungoddess

Also wanted to let efurryone know that the articles says Ruth was missing after the fire and she was, but it was reported on TV that they found her later in the afternoon safe and sound!

Yesterday Liss at Pursnsnorts spoke eloquentlyand passionately about her love of Nixon. How fulfilling his kind and sweet ways speak so softly to her heart. I understood completely and fully how she felt. I have that special bond with Abby. Her heart speaks to mine and I really feel that we communicate deeply with one another. With no children, Abby, Boo, Ping, Jinx and Gracie are my little ones. They are as precious to me as any child I could have produced. Some might find that incomprenhensive, but who can truly understand when love unlocks your heart? More importantly to me, is that love knows no bounds, whether covered in fur or not, the love you reap is what you sow. Abby is my special love muffin.

has always had a fascination with anything that resembles a plant. I long ago discovered that he will eat anything that he thinks is a plant. So, we had to keep all of our living plants outside, and he still goes for the silk ones! Unfortunately he has taught Gracie to follow in his pawsteps....

We have all been so happy to have Momma home with us for a few days. Except for the day she had some strange beans come in with machines and make the floors wet. After these strange beans with their strange noise making machines left there wasn't any of our smells in the carpets. Momma made me and Abby stay in our a room by ourselves and made Jinx, Ping and Gracie stay out on the porch...nearly all day! We were all so happy to get out of our prison! Momma also moved some of the furniture around and put in some new ones! So we have had lots of things to inspect. But, Momma had to go back to work and we'll be without her again. Oh well, guess I better go take another nap....

We have missed efurryone soooo much!
